Return and Refund Policy

At Omg Wear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your new outfit! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and hassle-free return policy.

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.

Item Condition Required for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and resalable condition. Specifically for our apparel:

• The product must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• It must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
• The item must be free from any stains, odors (including perfume or smoke), or signs of wear (such as deodorant marks or makeup).

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Please email our support team at support@omgwear.shop with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
2. Once your return request is reviewed and authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions via email.

Return Method:

• Method: By Mail
• Return Label: Provided via email (Download and Print)

Return Shipping Costs:

• Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or you received the wrong item, Omg Wear will cover the return shipping cost (no cost to you).
• Customer Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong size, it doesn’t fit as expected, or you simply changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you by email. If the item meets the return conditions and is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

(Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.)
